The IAPC® Global Association for Quality Management (IAPC)® retains the authority to certify individuals based on the examinations conducted. This also encompasses the right to reject or revoke credentials from individuals or groups engaging in illegal or unethical behaviors, promoting such behaviors, or participating in activities detrimental to the reputation of IAPC®, its employees, or officers.
Certifications and related exams offered by IAPC® do not hold accreditation from any specific boards, bodies, or vendors unless explicitly stated by IAPC®. Exams are conducted solely by IAPC®, and candidates are certified through online or paper-based exams administered at Authorized Testing Centers (ATCs) or via online proctoring. The certifications/credentials provided by IAPC® are intellectual properties registered and protected by government agencies.
Certified status indicates that an individual has fulfilled specified education, experience, or examination requirements. However, certification does not guarantee or assure the competence or ability of any individual, especially considering the rapid changes in the field.
IAPC® does not disclose private information to anyone, nor does it retain payment information provided by any subscribing member for exam participants or current certified holders.
Furthermore, our policies extend to prohibiting all conduct throughout IAPC®, whether illegal or not, that could lead to or contribute to discrimination.
By adhering to the IAPC® Credo, we "treat all our members with respect and dignity," thereby ensuring an association free from harassment and discrimination of all forms.
